Synchronizer gets an update -- 2.4

After way too long a wait, Synchronizer 2.4 is up, and fixes a few legacy bugs that'd snuck in with recent revisions of Data Loader, Access, and Salesforce.

Remember to

unzip all the files into a directory on your hard drive, and
make sure you've got

Microsoft Access 2007 (or above, running on a 32-bit flavor of Windows);
Data Loader 24 (or above); and
Office Toolkit 4. Make sure to run the MSI contained in the zipfile.
