. . . just found out yesterday that it's now possible to assign recs to inactive users in Salesforce. It appears that this is possible only through the API, and possibly only through Data Loader (haven't fully investigated it yet). For someone who's been Salesforcing for 5½ years, this is a shock on a par with hearing I've been living my entire life in a computer-generated simulacrum. Or something. |
