I haven't migrated anything into Knowledge yet, but I got my first two questions about it in the last two weeks, so I suspect this is something I'll be picking up more in the coming months. Loading a new article involves inserting a record into the version table*, at which point Salesforce automatically creates a corresponding article record. * I did this with Data Loader, loading a new record to the “How To” table (API name: How_To__kav). |
