Made a few updates to FileExporter, that handy utility for exporting Attachments, Content, and Documents from Salesforce. Note that the new version looks for the latest version of Data Loader (21.0)--you can tweak that setting by modifying the fourth line of the "+FileExporter.bat" file in a text editor like Notepad++.
