It's a bit of a hassle to install, but it provides both the ERD and the schema, and I can tell it exactly which objects to show. If you can't get Schema Spy working:
My Synchronizer tool also shows the schema (click the "View All Object & Field Info" button). I don't know of a free ERD tool apart from Schema Spy (email me if you know of one!). Yup, you can always use Salesforce's built-in Schema Builder, too. |
