Well, that was fast! With the Summer '16 release, Salesforce will automatically store email attachments I send using Salesforce's "Send an Email" capability (addressing this longrunning request). . . . and the Lightning Experience. . . . . . and it worked both times (this is part of their "Enhanced Email" feature). One frustration: there's no way to show, in Classic Salesforce's Activity History related list, which emails have attachments. Oh well! |
